Every career has a starting point

The 1st of July marked the beginning of my Professional Year as a Provisional Financial Adviser, a milestone made even more special as I also celebrated five years at Smart Financial.

Looking back, this journey has taught me the importance of trusting the process. Progress isn’t always a straight line, and sometimes taking a step back is exactly what’s needed to move forward. Reaching this milestone has taken dedication, persistence, and a genuine passion for an industry that allows me to walk alongside clients as they work towards their long-term goals.

While there’s still so much to learn, I’m excited for what’s ahead and the opportunity to continue developing the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to help people make confident financial decisions.

A special thank you to our CEO, Michael Misiti, for believing in me and giving me this opportunity. Michael’s support, guidance, and mentorship over the years has played a significant role in getting me to this point. Learning from someone who has contributed so much to the financial planning profession is a privilege, and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust he’s placed in me as I begin this next chapter.
