Hayley Grayson

Our General Manager and a Smart Financial Director, Hayley brings over 12 years’ of experience to the team. She holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in Financial Planning, from the University of Wollongong, and has completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Sydney Business School.

Hayley oversees the running of the business, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and personal advice to all our clients. She employs her exceptional organisation and management skills to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the practice. An adept and clear communicator, Hayley ensures that all clients are kept abreast of anything that needs their attention.

Beyond work, Hayley loves spending time with her family. She seeks to support clients and help them to become financially confident and secure so that they can enjoy their families as much as she does.
